All beef is DRY AGED on premise then cut in-house by the most experienced butchers. Our seafood is of the highest quality and is delivered directly three times a week. We also serve top tier lamb, free range chicken, premium pork, and creative vegetarian entrees.
We've crafted an extensive yet refined award winning wine list, presenting a super reserve and rare collection out of our exclusive wine cellar. We look forward to serving you and providing an unforgettable evening.
Arthur's Prime Steakhouse is one of only a few restaurants in Arkansas that offers a private wine cellar vault for customers. The Cellar consists of two wine vaults. Both vaults are temperature and humidity controlled. One vault holds the premium American, Italian, Chilean and Australian wine. Directly across The Cellar is the second vault, which holds strictly French and older vintage wines. The vaults also house 24 personal lockers that only Friends of the Cellar can purchase.
Friends of the Cellar may keep wines in their lockers under their own lock and key and can enjoy the wines at any time they visit Arthur's. In between both vaults is a 14 - 20 person table that Friends of the Cellar may use to privately to entertain guests at Arthur's. The Cellar must be booked in advance. Occasionally lockers become available, please ask your server if you are interested.
Nestled away in a private area of the restaurant is the elegant but quaint "crystal room" which is just the right size for that intimate group of 8 to 14 people. It boasts of the finest crystal and linens for that special occasion with a first class wait staff.
And for the professional meeting, flat screens and audio equipment are available upon request.
We our proud of our diverse menu that will please any pallet. Our Aged Prime beef is further aged thru our aging coolers. We also provide authentic Japanese Kobe and anything in between. Creative vegetarian choices are also readily available. To the right you will see just a few select items and below you will be able to take in the full menu. We also have a World class wine menu.
